Description

One of the things that makes shooting wildlife with a telephoto lens so nice is how you can catch little critters and skittish wildlife unaware of your presence – they always seen to look more relaxed and more natural.

This was in Tokai Forest at about 3 in the afternoon. The trees dull the lighting quite a bit in the foreground and add a lot of backlight which can be tricky to work with.
